What titles of maps do you carry for the Garmin GPS?
Answer: We are not the Mapsource referenced in Garmin's web site.
Those map products are Garmin products. Contact Garmin customer service for that information.

How can I purchase products?
Answer: Products can be ordered via our internet site utilizing the
"shopping cart" system, sending us an E-mail telling us what you want and
supplying a telephone number and name of contact to call, or calling one of
the locations found on our contact page.
Website Problems?
A. The shopping cart is not working.
Answer: The shopping cart requires "cookies" to put and remember products placed in the cart. They must be enabled.
B. I get a "License Error 9" when I try to use the search or shopping cart or do a search.
Answer: You did not include "www" in the domain address in your browser address when you visited the site. ie: You must enter the site using http://www.mapsource.com, you can not leave off the http://www.
Product Return Policy
Maps are considered "intellectual materials". Meaning that it is the "information" contained in/on the product that has the value. Once the product is in the customer's hands, they have complete access to that "information" and the return of the product does not diminish the value received by the customer.
We make every effort to provide the prospective customer with enough information to enable them to make a knowledgeable purchase decision. If you have any questions regarding content of our products, please contact one of our retail stores or e-mail the websales department at websales@mapsource.com PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
If defective merchandise is received, Mapsource will replace it with a "like" product when Mapsource has been notified of defect within 5 days of receipt , product return has been authorized and the defective product is received by Mapsource in "Like New" condition.
For authorized returns to Mapsource as "customer declined delivery" that are received at Mapsource in "Like New" and resalable condition, the customer will receive a refund of the full purchase price less any shipping/handling charges and a $15.00 administrative charge.
To obtain Authorization to return a product for Replacement or Return, you must contact us by calling WebSales at 727-524-2922.
If a REFUND has been authorized, credit to your credit card account may take as long as 30 days to appear.
